Scott Kelby Worldwide Photowalk October 11th – Portsmouth, UK

So how do you fancy a walk?

Why not join us for a walk around the waterfront city of Portsmouth in Hampshire?

Portsmouth is fast becoming one of Britain’s best waterfront destinations and our photo walk will take in old and new. Enjoy the irresistible mix of history and heritage, transportation and architecture, followed by a social get together at a great location in Gunwharf Quays.

Whatever you camera skills and no matter what you shoot with, DSLR or camera phone, come along, meet some new people and take part in a worldwide event – the Scott Kelby Worldwide Photowalk 2014.

We are going to meet at the main entrance to the Historic Dockyard, which is just opposite the Ship & Castle public house and near the Hard Interchange. Here we will take a group photo and once that’s done we will head out on our walk. Obviously you can follow us along the walk route – but if you would rather venture out on your own feel free to do so.

We will meet two hours later at the The Old Customs House (http://goo.gl/HxlgCt) to take a look at some of the pictures that we have and just generally get to know each other.

You are encouraged to share your pictures on social media while you’re doing all of this. The best place to do this is both the local Flickr group and our Main Flickr group page:

Your local Flickr page can be found here: https://www.flickr.com/groups/wwpw2014portsmouthuk
